CONFIRMATION
In the Sacrament of Confirmation we receive the gift of the Holy Spirit (normally at the hands of a bishop). It is the completion of what we do in baptism. For adults those over 13 these are given together.
In Confirmation we take responsibility for our own faith. This responsibility was taken on by the parents and Godparents at baptism.
Those in Year 8 at school are invited to register for Confirmation each year. Parents should go to:
