St John Fisher Catholic High School

We pride ourselves on the close links with our local parishes. We are fortunate to have had 4 ex-pupils be ordained over the last 10 years and we have a healthy contribution of parish priest whom we can call upon to say our masses in school. Mass takes place every Monday in our school Chapel. We welcome local parishioners to our masses. Our pupils read at Sunday mass and attend Youth Sunday and Education Sunday masses. During Advent, Lent and our school feast day in June, all pupils attend Mass in Sacred Heart church. Our sacramental programme for Year 8 is facilitated by us in school through evening sessions with Deacon Michael Moffatt. Fr Giorgio attends our Mission & Ethos Staff group to help support the Catholic life and mission dimension in our school. Our Parent Bulletin features on a weekly basis on the Church noticeboards so our local families can see and read about the vibrant life of St John Fisher Catholic High School
